Susan Martin
is the President, and CEO of Success Capital Expansion and Development Company. Mrs. Martin has been active in Small Business Lending in California’s Central Valley since 1983. She started SBA lending departments for two banks, obtained expedited processing status for each, and chaired both the SCEDCO Board of Directors and SCEDCO’s Loan Review Committee prior to joining SCEDCO as head of the loan department in 1998. She has 10 years administrative experience, 20 as the head of bank SBA departments, and 5 in charge of the Certified Development Company. Susan’s passion is seeing her clientele small businesses succeed and grow, while they better the region’s economic environment and create jobs.

Cindi Spears, V.P. - Loan Officer, has been with the company since August 2002. She was recently promoted to Vice President at our annual luncheon in November 2004. Her professional career reflects over twenty years experience of commercial lending background including processing, documentation, servicing, and two years experience in all phases of SBA 504 lending with Success Capital. Cindi shares the vision of SCEDCO to improve our economic climate and enjoys working with her clients to get their financing approved.

Bea Perez, Loan Closing Officer, has been employed with SCEDCO since 1992 and has been in her present position since 1999. Her previous position with Success Capital Expansion & Development Corporation included loan servicing and loan package processing responsibilities, and she still assists in those areas. Bea is a people person who takes excellent care of our clients and all of our partners in the lending process from title companies to bankers and realtors.

Cristine Cram, Office Manager, has been with the company since November 2002. With 15 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper, and 5 years experience with a CPA firm, she is an asset to the company. You will often see her “out and about” doing site visits and learning about our clients.
